Course questions
Is Tafsir the same as Tajwid?
No. Tajwid concerns the rules of recitation. Tafsir concerns the explanation of meanings, themes and lessons of the Qur’an.
Does Qaaf also offer reading and recitation programmes?
Yes. Adult learners can explore Bayan Basic and Bayan Advanced for reading and Tajwid. Children’s programmes include Tilawa and Tajwid.
